Approximately two years ago, we developed architectural visualizations for the MOD project, which included videos, exteriors, landscapes, and lobby interiors. This year, we updated the project by adding another clubhouse, as well as updating the static renderings and videos.

MOD is a neologism derived from the word "modernism". The main credo of this movement of the 20th century is in the creation of a new architecture corresponding to the spirit of modernity. This project stands as a living manifesto of modernist minimalist principles in architecture. It is a residential complex that harmoniously combines aesthetics with functionality, alongside a high level of service and comfort. It embodies the ideal living space, offering residents the epitome of a perfect place to call home.
